Greetings! I'm Francine, thrilled to connect with you. With 15+ years in special needs childcare, including roles like group home manager and soon-to-be SLP, I'm driven by purpose and a mother of three wonderful kids.

In this journey, my joy comes from simple things like Ghirardelli chocolate, pancakes, and the soothing sounds of ocean waves. Passionate about kids with special needs, I draw inspiration from my family's experiences.
